Shipping policy

  • We ship all in-stock orders usually within 1 business day at which time you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number.

US SHIPPING

  • All standard domestic orders are shipped via the good ol' United States Postal Service. Now, they may not be the fastest and their tracking may not be most updated, but rest assured your item will arrive in 3-5 business days(please contact us if it doesn't).
  • If you need your order in a hurry we offer the following expedited services for an extra cost which is automatically calculated during checkout.
    - USPS Priority(1-3 Business Day Delivery)
    - USPS Express(1-2 Business Day Delivery)

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

  • WE LOVE BEING ABLE TO SHIP OUR TUCKING PRODUCTS WORLDWIDE!! All prices on our site are quoted in US DOLLARS. While we cannot offer free International Shipping we have applied the equivalent discount making international shipping quite affordable. International shipping totals are determined by weight and are calculated at checkout.
  • For the standard option, we use the good ol' United States Postal Service because they are the most affordable way to ship around the world. Delivery usually takes only 6-10 business days but can sometimes take up to 3 weeks as packages are transferred to your national postal service for delivery once cleared through your national customs department. As you will be more familiar with your local postal facilities, if any issue arises please be open to communicating with them directly. Only orders not delivered after a full USPS search will be considered lost and eligible for a full refund or re-shipping.
  • For the quickest and most guaranteed delivery we offer DHL Express(1-5 Business Day Delivery) at amazing rates which are often comparable to USPS, especially for orders of more than 1 item.
  • Finally, although some orders are delivered with no additional customs and/or international handling charges, some are, and we have no control over this. In which case we will not be responsible for any reimbursement. Any items returned to sender for failure to pay these charges will only be credited for the item
